@NaturallyIrresistibl Congratulations to you! I really liked what you said about gaining the weight and not realizing it. A lot of people dont believe that you don't notice how fat you have gotten. I also liked when you said no one said anything. Uggg that drives me insane. If someone had said to me (with love) when I gained the first 51 lbs perhaps I would not have added 51 more on top of that.. Thanks for sharing your story.

This was very motivating for me! I had a hard time hearing you, but I understood the majority of what you were saying. I once was 202, and now I am 175.5. I am trying to get back down to the weight range of 144-148. Watching videos like this motivates me.  Have a blessed day!
