Coach Julie Cheers Volume 1-Favorite Cheers & Volume 2-Hip Cheers both include Motion Tech training. Here's a sample of the skills taught, specifically for the Low V. Other Tech Training on the videos include: proper set position, feet movement in standard and hip cheers, hand and wrist positions for fists and blades, Hi-V, Low-V, T, Broken-T, Daggers, Touchdown, Candlesticks & Low-Touchdown motions, and blade & clasp claps, along with drills to improve skills.
