Dumbbell Workout #1 (QUICK)
8 Exercises - 3 sets of 10 reps per exercise (3 X 10)
Rest for 30 seconds between exercises and 60 seconds between sets

BEGINNER WORKOUT #1
1. DUMBBELL SQUATS (3 SETS X 10 REPS)
2. DUMBBELL ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS (3 X 10)
3. DUMBBELL FLAT BENCH PRESS (3 X 10)
4. STANDING DUMBBELL SHOULDER PRESS (3 X 10)
5. SINGLE ARM DUMBBELL ROW (3 X 10) EACH ARM
6. DUMBBELL KICKBACKS (3 X 10) EACH ARM
7. ALTERNATE DUMBBELL STANDING CURLS (3 X 10) EACH ARM
8. DUMBBELL CALF RAISES (3 X 10) EACH LEG

ADVANCED
8 Exercises - 3 Circuits/Rounds
Perform each exercise one after the other with no rest
30 SECONDS per exercise (PER BODYPART)
Rest for 60-90 seconds and repeat circuit two more times

  • Hey Michel try my Spartacus Workour program where you can implement the dumbbell workout - look for funk roberts 4 week spartacus workout program

  • These exercises have no effect. if you want to train your legs, this is not enough

  • @takonya80 Hey Tak - if you are looking at training your legs then go to my Best Damn Leg Exercise Period video. This is just a quick, at home dumbbell workout that can be done by men and women
