No-one could better Lehrer's description of the new PBS NewsHour at 1:42.
It will be more different than the same, though, once the time comes for him to go. The show's mission may never change, but he is still by far the person one would most associate with the NewsHour, ever since MacNeil retired.

@IHateLadyGaga1991 I totally agree and I am quite impressed with how they are moving the show with the times.
I think when Jim decides to call it a day it will be a sad day indeed but I'm sure those who he works with will continue to keep the spirit of the program going.
