32.5 lb. Dumbbells. 4 Positions on Bench 10 reps per position. That is 40 per set. Non Stop for 4-5 sets. Very Intense.

  • Yes you need a good spotter when doing that. After 40 reps per set you are totally exhausted and you have to do 4 set, switching with your partner or partners. The less people have, the more intense it is. I love it. Works real good.
