  • Great presentation and demonstration. I love Chigong. Its amazing what these slow conscious moments can accomplish in a body.

  • The reason is actually martial. When you exhale you root deeply in the feet. When you inhale you become light and more agile. just as when you stand in a pool you can sick to the floor when you exhale, and when you have air in your lungs you cannot stand on the pool floor . Make sense.
