this is just my opinion but yes the bf3 graphics are better theres no ? and its more life like, however this does not always make the best game. MW3 is an easier game with more action which is why some people prefer it over bf3, and some people prefer real play which is why they choose bf3

The only problem i have with MW3 is that activision keeps using there infinity ward crutch to sell there game when in fact the real infinity ward is at EA because activision bought them out and they left
