The speed at which these flowers opened up each night astonished me so I took some video footage. Then, during the day they wither and die. I later found out that this plant (which is abundant in my garden) is no other than evening primrose.

We have these flowers at our house in the San Bernardino Mtns. The first year we had one plant, last year we had about 5 and this year we have 40-50!
