@JeffHardy5555 You probably tried other exercises before that toke you to doing it on the first try. Alot of gymnastic people can do it first try.
hmm is it really that much differnet froma normal Kip up?

Ok well here's a tip for everyone. For people who are somewhat fit or athletic or has decent strength in their arms, legs, and abs. You can learn a kip up in one day, or even an hour or two. No joke. However, if you aren't fit AT ALL, like more 75% non fit or unathletic or have VERY weak strength in your legs, arms, and abs. Then yeah it will take a LONG time to get this down. Kip ups are really easy to learn and it helps if you are in shape somewhat.
