  • Ok well here's a tip for everyone. For people who are somewhat fit or athletic or has decent strength in their arms, legs, and abs. You can learn a kip up in one day, or even an hour or two. No joke. However, if you aren't fit AT ALL, like more 75% non fit or unathletic or have VERY weak strength in your legs, arms, and abs. Then yeah it will take a LONG time to get this down. Kip ups are really easy to learn and it helps if you are in shape somewhat.

  • @JeffHardy5555 You probably tried other exercises before that toke you to doing it on the first try. Alot of gymnastic people can do it first try.
