West Coast Video (1987)

A once popular Philadelphia-area video store chain, there are only a handful of locations left. According to web research, they were in all 50 states at one time (late 80's), and even had stores in Canada and Great Britain. Most, if not all of the stores, appeared to have been franchises. Blockbuster and Hollywood Video exploded in the area throughout the 90's, pretty much killing off the majority of the chain before the millennium. Remaining stores (some of which just seem to no longer rent, but simply sell movies) seem to be running independently from one another, and are just using the West Coast name.

There used to be a few here in Columbus not long ago, if I'm not mistaken...
