Max Charles is a MONSTER! The only thing I don't get is all the unorthadox crap he does with his diet and training? He eats like one meal a day and he's still around 290lbs...guess it's all genetics.

EXACTLY weight and bodytypes are relative! even a huge guy next to anothe rhuge guy might be VERY different how much they can push

@fabien82 the guy is telling you what he do that work for him keeping track of how much you can lift it is totally time wasting.beside that track keeping it only limit you from progress if you are a hardcore bodybuilder they are no rules and regulations on bodybuilding.

if you dont know how much weight you lifting how can you progress each week oithout fail

Hey author, how about finding out what your max is and then take a portion of that and work towards increasing that max at the end of lets say......6 workouts.
You can gauge performance better, instead of just putting weight on at random.

I don't see the purpose of using a ton of drugs in your 30+ years old, especially when it deals with health like training.
It's just hypocritical.

Ummmm ! How much do you weigh ? How much do you bench ? Have you ever done a show ??? If you are sooo sure that you are sooo right about your convictions post some proof of your accomplishments.

I'm gonna agree it's body building not power lifting ! He still competes @ 270 in his 2nd show ever.Not off season but in show shape ! There are pros today who don't do that.
