School Dropouts in Bangladesh learning English through songs

These youths are from Dhaka in Bangladesh are underprivilieged school dropouts. Most have not completed primary schooling. They have rejected conventional education and do not want to go back to school. They are, however, interested in learning English through songs. They are also interested in learning to use a computer. In the Lapidary project we aim towards cutting and polishing these human gemstones to bring out their shine. Our ultimate sime to guide these youths to cross the prominent divides (English, Digital, Economic and Social) that exist in Bangladesh.
