Spartan Stores YMCA Animation

Design Plus has been hired to provide complete architecture and engineering services including architecture, interior design, structural engineering coordination, civil engineering, landscape design, mechanical and electrical engineering, and pool consultant coordination for a new multi-level, 96,000 SF facility including indoor sports and adventure center, gymnasium, pool, fitness center, locker rooms, indoor walking/running track, aerobics/multi-purpose room, child care center, lobby/lounge, administrative offices, wellness center, multi-purpose classroom, chapel, and food court/cafe. Construction costs are estimated at $20,000,000 and the project is in design development with groundbreaking targeted for March 2010 and anticipated completion in 2011. This project is designed for base LEED certification.

@godboleaditya007 Very late response... however about 95% of the building was modeled using Revit Architecture. The materials and camera paths were done with 3ds Max. The entire thing was compiled using Adobe Premiere. There was nearly 20,000 computer hours that went into rendering all of the scenes.
