Food trucks at weddings are a hot trend and the options are diverse and delicious. Typically, there should be one truck per 75 guests to make sure no one is standing around for too long. Lastly, consider your seating options. Loving the food truck movement in NYC!!! Who doesn't love cheap, delicious, mobil food? To my fellow food truck enthusiasts in the NYC area, check out this foodtoeat. com, NYC's new online ordering site that allows users to place orders for pick-up from food trucks and not have to stand on those annoying lines.
