i say no. i'd rather each character keep their 2 ultras BUT can use them both rather than to have to pick. 2-3 ultras per character is more or less the limit

Make Capcom work they ass off. If ppl can cry and complain about T. Hawk and Dee Jay I want more Ultras. I want to choose between 3 ultras I want to use

I agree with toning down characters that are a bit overpowered (Sagat, Zangief, and maybe Seth).

I do not agree, anyway, on pumping up someone who's mid-high tier like Ken. He's my main in SFIV, and he's fine as he is... no need to make him overpowered.

Those who need to be stronger are the ones at the bottom of the food chain. Namely "Claw", El Fuerte and maybe Gen.
