Walthers- Washington Metro

These are my walthers washington metro cars...i got my first one when a was 6-8 years old then i got the others a few years down the line. All i got at Cappelli Hobbies. If you want to find something rare you go there. But anyway i am planning on adding NWSL Staton drives to two units and leaving the center unit as a dummy. I've been on the washington metro and i've never seen a 3 car set. I hope i can get another one and have a 4 car set but if not i'll make a freelanced 3 car set. enjoy ya'll

Nice models, I was on the metro down in DC once and was amazed how clean the whole system was. I was really used to the Philly El and Regional Rail which at the time was way out of date.

@gunplanut thanks...oh yeah i've been on it and hand the same reaction...its a very fast and clean system don't smell like the el or the regionals...yeah i remeber tht..they had the old orange brigde for the el at the time and were running the almond budd cars also..good memeories there
