If I may interject. Had the Bush Administration, did their homework about the smallest applications for going to war in Iraq, understood that many more soldiers were needed to quell the violence that came after the topple Hussein the surge would not have been needed in the first place. Bush's administration wanted to go to Iraq BEFORE GWB even became president. Now the shit hit him in the face and he had to do something.

i'm usually behind what this guy says... but the execution of sadam's errr execution was orchestrated by the new Government in Iraq. I'd blame them for that debacle (and besides, the guy tried to commit genocide, i'm not surprised at the circus)

If he tells the truth more than anyone u know, u need to meet a few honest people. By the way, in this "special comment" Olby says the surge will lead to an increase in American casualties. In reality, it did the opposite. Are u honest enough top admit he was objectively wrong, or are u a dishonest partisan who'll try to go thru mental gymnastics to say that Olby was right?

Beautifully spoken, yet omitting the most relevant points to his argument-those of which would come right back and bite him in his ass. Wonder how Olberman feels about that monologue now? Idiot!
