Paul Mitchell Flat Iron
So as I stated in the video, I purchased my flat iron for around $178. A friend of mine is attending the Paul Mitchell school and they are having a fundraiser to earn money for their tuition. The package that I bought from her came with the flat iron, heat protectant, and a brush.

Fretress Equal "Sonya" Lace Front Wig $47.00 (after S&H)

THE CHALLENGE:
Protective Hairstyles are those that basically protect your ends and keep your hair moisturized with very minimal manipulation (i.e. briads, wigs, buns, twist, coils). The style options are endless.
Because there are so many styles available, I have not set a routine for this challenge. My suggestion would be to seek out the proper hair care/maintenance for the style that you are wearing. Just as each style is different, your routine will change to accordingly.
Also keep in mind, that even too much of a "good thing" can be bad for you as well. I would also suggest switching up your styles here and there. Dont wear buns for the whole 6 months (because they cause too much tension with pulling your hair back) nor do you want to wear lance fronts too often (due to the fact that the lace is rough on your edges).
Enjoy the challenge and be careful!

Hey Msv! I recently just purchased the kinky curly knot today and it works great on my hair but I also just got the products to make the kimmaytube leave in. Now I'm a big fan of twists and twist-outs. Which product do you think works better for those styles?

@Nikkimodel97 For me personally the creamy products work best on my twist outs...like the Kinky Curly Knot Today by itself (not in a mix).

Love your videos. Does the air brush work with other foundations besides the ones sold by the company?
Mandy4610 2 months ago
@Mandy4610 It will work with foundations INTENDED FOR AIR BRUSH USE...lol...sorry about the caps but I had to make sure everyone heard that...lol. If you use regular foundation you will risk clogging your air brush and having to buy new parts or even a new one...and thats not cheap for a silly mistake. =)
