Canada's animal protection legislation was written in 1876

I have recently seen footage of a Baby Seal skinned ALIVE ! The pelt was slit and pulled up over the poor animals head as the camera panned in on the throat to show it Gasping. This was taken undercover during last years annual seal hunt.

Politicians like you are the reason Canada is still an Embarrassment on the World Stage! Our animal cruelty legislation was voted behind most 3rd world countries.
