If it were up to Epyon CEO Hans Streng, in 2030, "a beautiful chocolate-skinned woman" will propose to the Pope in Rome. Their marriage will deliver the key for innovation and bring prosperity to our society.

With an unconventional theory referring back to some of the fundamental cornerstones of Hindu religion, Streng explains the relationship between emotion and rationality and between change and structure in the context of innovation. He also gives examples of great leadership, and how we can master the innovation cycle and the balance its components. In his talk, he not only links a beautiful woman to the Roman Catholic leader, but also sees great similarity between his own wife and Steve Jobs.

About TEDx.
TEDx was created in the spirit of TED's mission, "ideas worth spreading." The program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level.

At TEDx events, a screening of TEDTalks videos -- or a combination of live presenters and TEDTalks videos -- sparks deep conversation and connections. TEDx events are fully planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis.
