  • I am type 2, however, I am not overweight. I am actually a normal healthy weight. What might I do, using the kathy smith program, to be healthy but stay my same weight. And yes I am type 2...not misdiagnosed type 1.

  • Great video, thanks, learned a lot. Here is something from me: drink Glucole herbal tea, it's very efficient for maintaining normal blood sugar. Look for Galilee tisanes.
