I'm an air force veteran and broke my back when I was stationed in england in 1980. In addition my weight has ballooned up to 322 and back to about 155 many, many times. My problem is that I love exercize, especially the military ones but they all end up sending me to the physical therapist. What in the world do you suggest? I have dumb bells but can't tell if they are working....and they are boring. (Lol) What do you suggest for a 51 yr old ?
