    I'm saying that, with these new microtransaction systems, you don't have to pay for a game *at all* until you know if you like it. That gives gamers the freedom to try out more games, and game developers the freedom to try riskier, more innovative concepts.

    You're still missing my point - if you try to compete directly with WoW, you'll lose, because WoW has more players and content than it is possible to offer at launch, so gamers who want to play WoW will do just that, and ignore your game.
