i was a little kid when Ronald Reagan got elected and i remembered a-lot of things that he did and i think he is a good president and i admire him!

HAHAHA what she says in the end when he's like "oh she's endorcing me because we've been freinds for years" but then she says "no, Ronnie and me always waited until everything was decidet and this is the nominee of the party so..." "hehe thank U Nancy" lol

It requires a certain kind of madness to seek political office. Although most U.S. Senate and Rep. races are 'fixed', one still has to get out there and "run." Try to imagine how insane the procedure is when seeking the highest office: only showbiz type megalomaniacs need apply.
And Ronnie The Actor, just as Arnold The Actor/Bodybuilder, loved his 16 years on the biggest stages, reading one preposperous, scripted speech after another, press conferences-as-vehicles for propoganda

I see a pattern, you Democrats get dumber every 4 years! :D

I was two years older than you when he was elected, and I was overjoyed with his win. One of my proudest moments came four years later when I got to vote for the first time and voted for Reagan. No president in my lifetime was ever more sincere or represented his country with more dignity and class. He could talk to anyone, and reason with the most unreasonable. He could also compromise when necessary. It was great having him in office. I may never feel as secure again as I did back then.
Amen. We also have to get back to understanding the need for balance. Reagan, despite his pro-Republican stance, understood this well. Tip O'Neil and Reagan were dear friends, even though they were fierce opponents politically. Reagan also ended up appointing one of our most liberal supreme court justices. Greed is corrupting everything, and especially the Republican Party.
