I think you'll only find that in realtion to fictional things. People don't typically don't do that, they think for themselves, And i Personally, like give poeple the benifit of the doubt. I'm a Christian who's totally unbiased, thanks. btw, this song is By a Christian artist called Switchfoot.

Good and evil are not so easily defined, Sephiroth is evil, but he was working for shinra but turned on them. Even after that he was evil, willing to trade the entire planet for power, so it isn't so much to say "well if he's against someone who is bad, they are good", since in the end good and evil are merely ideas created by people, and they change from person to person.

so true. I have gotten infuriated by people defining others as good or evil just based on who they're with or against. Even actions can't define someone totally as good or evil, because to someone who may be interpreted as evil, their actions might be good. it's all a matter of perspective
