Also you can only really pick them up by their tails when they're babies, how are you supporting its body weight by doing that? No wonder your beardie feels threatened and scared. My beardies would never ever puff their beards out at me because I actually treat them well. I feel sorry for your pets.
Only Americans would put a bearded dragon on a lead. You shouldn't be able to have our beautiful native reptiles over there if you can't even look after them properly.

i have a bearded dragon named charlie and my dad found him last year during august and we are guessing whoever had him last didnt mess with him when he was younger and he is mean. it doesnt hurt that bad getting bit by a bearded dragon. whenever someone gets charlie out he bites.it feels like a really hard pinch
