PSO Episode III Arkz Final Boss: Castor

Yes, i know that Il Gil has a weakness against SC, but it's still a very strong monster, especially when minimum dice is 3..
Actually i wanted to use my Break deck, but i couldn't use Break, so this was my 2nd choice =/

If only the servers for this game were still up.. or if there was a remake/ XBox Live Arcade version... but Sega kinda sucks nowadays.. ;__;
oh, and please don't say "there are private servers", because episode 3 doesn't work on any private server..

episode 3 does work on schtserv theese days i was on yesterday but all the functions dont work yet as its only a work in progress right now

i should've expressed it differently.

you're right that PSO III can be played on Schthack Servers, however, it has a lot of bugs and doesn't fully work yet.. and probably will never work 100%,as all they're doing right now (and all they can do) is fixing card abilities.

and as long as PSO III is not 100% perfectly working, i'll say it's not working at all. A strategy game, especially one that's played against real people, can't afford this many glitches in my opinion ^_~

Castor's more badass than Pollux. Can't beat 3 guns in 1. And attached to your arm. XD

I used Memoru to beat her. Was cool. ^_^

the artwork on the Card looks a lot better than their in-game-models ;(

Actually, I don't have the game myself. I'm actually seeing if there's a used one around, since I don't have any PSO games on GC... :( I do play PSOBB though.

it's really one of the best games for gamecube, and very different from the other PSO games.

unfortunatelly, it can't be played online anymore, so the best part of the game is missing =/

if you find it cheap, you can still buy it for the story and offline multiplayer mode..

the story is very interesting, as it plays 21 years after PSO episode 1, 2 and 4,

and the offline multi-mode can be fun if you have 1 or 3 friends who like the game! (2 vs. 1 sucks, however) ooh, i miss online 2vs2 ;__;

I never finished the arkz side and was wondering what the last boss was. I think it is similiar to the hunterz side.

It is kinda sad, that good games like these don't get the amount of attention they actually deserve. Hm, no wonder when we are living in an age where almost everybody lost good taste and is only playing shooters now...

@009090 The emulates a gamecube and without a way to get the network adapter connected it won't work. Unless the network adapter used some sort of USB it won't be possible to tell it to connect to the internet, even then the problem for me is finding a place to connect it. At my old house I could connect it right into the router since it was close by. But we moved and now the router is across the house.

Actually episode 3 works for schtserv private servers. I remember asking the guys if it was possible to play on a Wii and connect to their servers but there isn't since the Wii just emulates a normal gcn not a gcn with network adaptor T_T

The best thing in this game was getting a really crappy card and having it morph into something like a Sinow Zele.
