One of the very best shark expedition videos I've never come across; professionally made; it puts you in the picture; this is still one of my biggest dreams of in my life and I will make happen sooner or later and it has to happen in Australia; in the meanwhile, thanks for the video

Gaaf Frank! Heel byzonder! Sommige haaien zien er beschadigd uit, weten ze ook iets van leeftijden van de haaien daar?

@CarmenV8 De meeste haaien hebben meerdere of zelfs vele littekens; ze zijn niet al te vriendelijk tegen elkaar ... In het voorjaar (september) komen hier alleen mannetjes voor (3,5 - 4,2 m), de veel grotere vrouwtjes zijn er pas later. De langst terugkerende haai is er nu 11 jaar, maar de maximale leeftijd ligt tussen de 25 en 30 jaar (wordt verondersteld; er is niet zo veel bekend van witte haaien). groetjes, Frank
