I was filming a timelapse with my GoPro of myself driving to work this morning when a guy (who pulled the nose of his car out a bit too far beyond the line and thus blocking a wide left-turning semi truck) backed up and smashed into my front end. He evidently didn't give a glimpse to his rear-view mirror to see if anyone was behind him. He was a good 20ft in front of me and floored it in reverse.

    If it hadn't been for this video (the complete version is with the insurance co and police dept), I would had to have proved otherwise that I didn't hit him, rather than vice versa.
