So, you connected the fog lights to the rear number plate lights?
This way, will not fog lights go on at night when you turn on the lights?
Or is it not a direct connection and it is in fact a special wiring loom with specific relays?

its wired directly to the rear plates lights yes... but there is relays it passed through to make sure they only come on for this specific reason, i did a little R and D and came up with a home make wiring diagram etc.

Fairly simple if you get the idea,
basically the lights are wired into the rear number plate lights through a series of relays so that they come on when the ignition is off and when the car is unlocked.
i'm currently working on a diy wiring loom so other peopl can have the same feature but as a plug and play design.
