I really enjoyed meeting Noha Waibsnaider, the Founder & CEO of Peeled Snacks at the recent Women's Leadership Exchange Conference in NYC.

Noha is an amazing success story - her small company has gone from selling individual servings to recently expanding into larger mass distribution markets (grocery stores). She's a terrific example of how persistence pays off - besides Starbucks, her organic dried fruit snacks can now be found in several major grocery stores in the NY metro area.
