@vexnsiolence I agree! However, as much as I love (the original) KISS, I (sure) wish they'd retire! Why? In my opinion, "old age" has REALLY TAKEN ITS TOLL on Paul and Gene! In my opinion, in other words, their music is "too slow," their voices are gone, and they're "short-changing" the audience by playing with Ace and Peter imposters! In my opinion, Gene and Paul should do a "F-I-N-A-L" tour with Ace and Peter and then...CALL IT QUITS...PERIOD!!

The SOUND of early live Kiss and the live recordings is Stellar..The studio recordings of the first 3 albums were sub-par, to put it kindly.. Alive! 1, is in my top 5 all time favorite live albums. Aces leads are electrified (sorry for the pun), you can hear each lead note almost jump out.
