  • I wish I could be in this choreographer's mind.

  • The girl with the short dark hair is amazing, but I feel like the choreo matched the beats, but not the song and its mood itself and most of the dancers didn't even try to put more than the moves into it......

  • there's just one word; WAUW !

  • i think it reflected the mood. the song is basically about unrequited love and disappointment. you see disappointment throughout this entire piece. from the beginning with Lauren's first solo, to the middle part with the trio, then a serious sense of desperation and sadness from the whole group from 2:03 to 2:20, and then finally in the last 20 seconds or so for the last verse of the song. so i think they illustrated the mood perfectly. :)

but the breathtaking part i definitely agree with. ;) :)

  • You can see their expression in the WAY they move...it's not just memorized and perfected, it's felt. If you look closely, their faces move subtly, also. It's not an "I'm bored and hate this dance face" or a smiley face (have seen that before to this general mood). It matches the mood, which is grief and hardship while moving forward in life. The singer is saying,"I wish you could be all these things for me, but you're not. I'm sorry, but I'm moving on something better. I'm done."That is expressed.

  • false.

  • I feel they are expressing everything simply physically, and that is rather more impressive than with just your face :) And after all, isn't that what dancing is all about?

  • gah i love this!

  • Kate really has her own style. If you watch musical lines and listen to the accompaniment in the music (the guitar and violin) you will see that she is picking up that with the group, and the lyrical threw the soloist (who also is the one picking up the emotional aspect). I know in main stream we like to see words and choreography connected, but she opens up the rang of musicality verse being main stream lyrical. Look at it with fresh eyes and open ears :)

  • i wish that the dance would reflect the mood of the song.

    nevertheless, this is breathtaking.

  • i catch myself constantly watching this because its so good
