Crossfit WOD of Wall balls and Slam balls. Total of 150 of each in 3 rounds of 50. Wall ball is a 20lb Dynamax ball and the slam ball is a 25lb MD-Slammer. Wall ball target is home-made and worked awesome! Try it out, do work!

  • Looks good man I did the 150 wall ball wod last night. Next week I'll give that combo a wod

  • Looks like a very intense workout. Im planning on getting a 20 lb slam ball like the green one you used in this video. Could you please give me your opinion on its preformance?
