http://TrevorTalkToMe.org - Make your own TALK TO ME t-shirt and wear it on September 9 for National Suicide Prevention Week. Let everyone know how important it is to TALK! Because, when a person has someone to talk to, they feel supported and are able to ask for help.

1. Find a shirt. It can be any color, size, or type. It can be any shirt you have at home.

2. Using fabric paint, markers, or the iron-on templates at http://TrevorTalkToMe.org, decorate your t-shirt with the words "Talk To Me." That's the only requirement, so be creative!

3. Wear your "Talk To Me" t-shirt on Trevor Day, September 9, 2011.

4. Take photos of your creation and upload them to: http://www.thetrevorproject.org/talktome/make.html

  • WARNING TO MAC USERS - seems like there might be a prob w/printing this from a mac. It comes out all dark like the one featured in this video - not at all the colors shown on the screen. I then printed from a Windows machine, and it was fine. Save yourself the hour of messing with printer settings if you like

  • DAMN IT I MISSED THE DATE!!!!!!

  • @LMAOitsJOE13 lol its kinda a small world :P i go to school at Hoala down the street and i was watching this video and i saw "Leilehua" and i was like omg!

  • Lmao i made my shirt before i seen this -_- but i just want to say im really promoting this at my school, Leilehua High, in Hawaii. Next week (this week is homecoming) we will be doing a Leilehua's Suicide Prevention Week and me and my friends will be making a video for it to be broadcasted on our school news channel. We will be wearing these shirts + get others to do it too. Its going to be a schoolwide campaign. I Hope This Is Enough To Show My Support! I have pictures of my overfilled shirt

  • I go to private school--we where uniforms. But I'll still honor Trevor Day.

  • i want to do this so bad, but on september 9th, its friday, and i have to wear a uniform to school, and if i talk to the office they will say no

  • The video shows people using fabric markers, Sharpies and puffy T-shirt paint by tracing the design through the T. It's actually really easy to do. Printout the design and then put it behind the front of the white T-shirt and then trace! Just be really careful if you use Sharpies b/c they bleed through the T, just make sure that if you are adding things to it that you leave the paper between the two layers of the shirt. This is great "Trevor Project" people! Keep up the creativity!

  • @JeraldJagrah

I imagine you just kinda draw the "Talk to me" logo on to the shirt would be the only difference.

    Like the pictures here

  • It'd be nice to see a sample of one done without the transfer.

  • wicked :]
