It sounds like you are saturating these potential transformers heavily. They really shouldnt buzz/rattle like this.

it's my balast that make this sound at that time i used a MOT instead of a welding transformer.

Ahh I see that you have two 10 kV rated metering power transformer units in series with 230 VAC - very nice set up. You do know that you can run those transformers at 2 -3 X plate rating power loads!

I have read about this transformer that it can handle 3KW @ 100 volt.

I guess you are recommend me to run this set up on a 3 phase system.

son its a really odd brushless motor with a insanely amount of windings that he said s was built to run on 500ma and anywhere around 30kv

How much mA do you required?

some flyback transformers can create 30.Kvdc

Or you thake two 15Kv neon transformers and put it in series.

search for a neon sine facility and ask for an neon transformer.
