totally agree. life is about sharing experiences.
knowledge and wisdom are two different things. you can learn one from a book and learn wisdom from experience. sadly for ian he can't learn maturity and wisdom from all his knowledge.

Seriously, this video is stupid. Everything Ian said is accurate. The Hodge twins provide false information and mislead a huge crowd of people into following principles that are wrong. And don't give me this "with age comes wisdom" bullshit. Bodybuilding is merely an application of scientific principles. It does not take years of experience to read a basic nutrition section of a biochemistry textbook and provide factually correct information. That's what Ian does and that's why he is correct.

Thanks for your mature comments. Great medals and dog in the background as well!

Its funny - I agree'd with Ian to the point that SOME questions of science cannot be proven wrong because it's a matter of facts.
But then he said "I'm not a bodybuilder - but thats irrelevant" and that is whats completely relevant: Experience speaks louder than whats written in the book by someone who just read a bunch of other books.

great words clifta, any exercise can be dangerous, u have to use an exercise thats comfortable for you to challenge yourself and use a technique/form thats comfortable for your body. I do bent over rows much differently than many people since I like to stand more upright and use more of a kip, this dissipates the pressure off my low back and into my upper back and arms. This technique has never hurt me and I can fly with my lats, as well as thick traps and shoulders
