Hello folks,

For most 10 year boys, sport's is their main passion in their daily routine but not for my little man. I'd like to introduce my son, Michael Jr. or "Chef Michael" as we call him, as USA's youngest "Aspiring Master Chef".

Michael has been cooking since the age of 4 with either yours truly, his father and/or other family members like Momma, Uncle Ed or Grandma. For Christmas or for his birthdays, Michael will always ask for Star Wars and Lego toys, but his main gifts usually surround the combination of pots and pans, Seasoning's or Cook Books or the like.

Further, since roughly the age of 8, Michael has also learned to film, edit and build home videos. It was through his passion for filming that inspired me to take up the hobby myself and has been an excellent way for him and I too connect as father and son with a hobby we can both enjoy together.

Up to this point, Michael has been filming and editing his own Lego and Play Mobile movies or loves to film and build video's surrounding some combination of a James Bond and Indiana Jones reenactment.

Today, his "cross-hairs" refocused on showcasing his new line of "Chef Michael" videos on YouTube. Michael hopes to encourage other youngsters to look toward the kitchen and how they can connect with their parents as a better option than video games.

So, recently Michael and I just filmed and completed his first "Chef Michael TV Show" video. It's about 25 minutes long all together. We've broken it up into 3 parts to fit within YouTube's restrictions. Part's I and II are the beginning and ending of his meal that he prepared and Part III is his "Bloopers".

We look forward to making many more video's and providing other parents and children another idea to building solid family relationships and memories that will stand the test of time for many years to come.

I hope you enjoy our videos as much as we enjoy making them.

God Bless,

Michael P. Kirby Sr....aka "Daddy"
