how many auto line workers went to college? im willing to bet less then 2% did and now they want to get paid like they graduated magna cum laude from Harvard. These are the people who in high school sat in the back of class and talked and threw shit. A monkey could do their job. I know bc i did it. Ford should take the company through bankruptcy to kill off these contracts with the union. Unions are UNAMERICAN.

Keeping their pay rates and benefits higher than the marketplace will make Ford less competitive.

UNIONS - be careful what you ask for. Your greed will hurt this company's ability to sell cars because they will be more expensive than the competitors. If that happens Ford will have NO CHOICE but to move your job overseas or cut production and or close factories.

If I were on the board of Ford, I would recommend moving these jobs overseas. Ford workers (union employees) have richer salaries, benefits and retirement packages than most Americans and it is out of balance with what is happening in the economy. Unions are bad for business, America and our country.

Raise your kids to look down on union members.

As for the "Free Choice Act" it is just a way for unions and companies to know publicly who is for or against forming a union. It takes away the secret ballot and gives unions and companies the opportunity to harrass indivuals based on the way they vote.
