Piuma Rd. downhill on classic BMW R100RS Airhead

Perhaps my most exciting video to date of a downhill run on Piuma Rd. riding a classic BMW R100RS Airhead. The viewer can imagine being behind the handlebars of my motorcycle on one of the best roads in the Santa Monica Mountains. Ride the ridge line above the Pacific coast near Malibu. Shot on a GoPro HD Hero with a Garmin GPS mounted where the camera can pickup the image on the screen when the light is right. Switchbacks and fantastic views are numerous. Enjoy

Looks scary!!! I just bought an 83 R65 and I LOVE IT!!!!! Im having some battery issues though....nothing a triple charge doesnt solve.

@Stoviecakes Congratulations on your purchase of an R65. They are a wise choice for a very usable and capable classic motorcycle. Allow me to suggest that you may want to join the "Airheads" group. They are not your average bike club in that they focus on helping each other with technical issues though their "Airmail" publication and "Tech Days" that are hosted by members all over the country and beyond. @calineophyte I have a 74 R90S that I re did. It's a great bike but has a constant weave at speed. I'm looking into an RS as a more stable bike. BMWs are the only bike I will ride.
