-Mel Kiper and Joe Theisman battled it out over whether or not Lawrence Phillips was worth the pick. Chalk one up for Kiper.

-The NFL observes a moment of silence for QB Brook Berringer, who was killed in a plane crash just two days prior.

  • graham turned out to have the most decent career out of them

  • Phillips turned out to be a bust.

  • @EmceeNolan Mel Kiper's been right on a lot of guys.

  • Mel Kiper takes a lot of heat but I don't really think he's any less accurate or credible than the average NFL General Manager.

  • damn tommie could've been great, too bad about the blood clot
