Kettlebells - Kettlebell Lifting Championships- Women's LC

At the World Kettlebell Lifting Championships, November 3rd and 4th, 2007, in Miami, Florida, the Women's Division competed in the 20 minute Long Cycle. The Professionals used a 16kg Kettlebell and the Amateurs used a 12kg Kettlebell. During this event, Competitors were able to switch hands as often as they wanted. Featured in this video is the winner, Catherine Imes, as well as Susanna Baxter, Melissa Brady, Vanessa Turner, and Lauri Rudach.
