I lived there, now i'm in Santa Rosa...You went past a couple of places I used to live at.

My parents and I stayed in Eureka for a night about 4 or 5 years ago after driving home from a trip to Arizona. I have only been there once in my life. I want to go back again. It was a great place to visit. Thank you for bringing back memories.

Great video. I'm living in Finland Europe but mooving to eureka feb.2008 for building a power plant. This was nice to get a feeling of the city because I have not had the opportunity to visit it yet . Any ideas where to look for a bigger appartment or a house on the net? What part of the city do you suggest? My company is paying for the appartment but with a maximum cost of 1500-2000/month.

Wow, we are getting a new power plant? Interesting. Eureka is a small town, but not tiny. There are plenty of nice neighborhoods. Plus, there are plenty of other towns to live in that are just outside Eureka. You can also check out: Arcata, Fortuna, Mckinleyville, Trinidad and Ferndale. You should be able to find something nice for that price range. Try using the local newspapers, Times-Standard and Eureka Reporter, as well as craiglist for Humboldt County.
