This scene is one of my favorites in "Babylon 5". It's from season 1 episode "Signs and Portents" and it was what hooked me to "Babylon 5" for good. From then on, I just had to watch all of the rest of the series to see if this vision would come true, if "Babylon will fall, this place will be destroyed".

Did this possible future come true? Well... yes and no, in a most unexpected way. :)

Copyright: J.Michael Straczynski, Warner Bros.

P.S. Please, let me know if the sound level in this clip is too low and needs calibrating. Thanks :)

  • i really wish they would have explored the centauri more....better yet....i think it would be pretty cool if they had a mini series with prince Vintari!

the character really intrigued me when i saw him in TLT

  • @Valor773 The Centauri are explored in the "Legions of Fire" trilogy books. I highly recommend them.

  • Her vision did come true in the end, but it wasn't what anyone thought.

  • Excellent scene. One of the best!

  • Unfortunately, they are no longer in print. The scriptbooks were a limited run and when the last volume came out, the run came to end a few months later. Sometimes the books show up on ebay.

  • Is that still available? It seems like JMS's website isn't selling the scriptbooks anymore.

  • It was in one of JMS original iterations of the five-year storyline where Sinclair was never replaced by Sheridan. It was released in the exclusive Vol. 15 of the scriptbooks.

  • Where did you get that from i happen to own the entire series of babylon 5 and the destruction of the station was part of the decommissoning ceremony. the shuttle that was leavling the station was delenn garabaldi and emperor VIr and several others. that Middyseafort was revering to was an alternative reality of alternate furture which never occured

  • definitely too low...

  • Really? Wow! I've bought several B5 scripts books but not all of them, so I'm not qualified for Volume 15. Thanks for the info!!
