Masteries: 9.0.21 (Standard caster)

Summoner skills (Pick 2): Ignite (Recommended) / Teleport / Flash / Clarity

Item Build: CORE
Sorc boots / Merc Treads
Soulstealer
RoA

Luxury (build accordingly to enemy team comp):
Void staff
DfG (Deathfire grasp)
Zhonya's Ring (Always get after RoA if time allows)
Abyssal Scepter

I've played Zilean the most and finally I'm getting good. He is a bit squishy but oh man you can piss the other team off sooo much. Definitely one of the most fun champs to play<3

@Chaoscyan Probably the most annoying way to piss someone off is to get taric and zilean in a lane with clarity and mana manipulators. Spam stuns + time bombs and win.

@NeonKnight88 Build AP, he is no Carry, but make sure to timebomb and double timebomb while they are low hp. Definitely easy kills if you know how to use.
