Libra had an alliance with Keesha and April. When Brian went around trying to make deals with everyone she revealed to April that Ollie has an alliance with Brian. This is the reason everything came to be that Brian was put on the block is because Libra figured it out and told April not to be fooled by Ollie. So Ollie revealed that it was true because he wanted to have a relationship with April. April thought Libra was lying to her.

Libra did't make no deals with anyone but Keesha and April. She had no other side deals. If I missed it let me know who and when.
