There is no quranic verse neither a hadith ( sayings of prophet Muhammad ) states the age of Aisha when she married the prophet .there is only an oral tradition about her age and there is a huge discrepancy among the scholars regarding her age.

so the oral tradition of christianity and Judaism say that:

1- Mary was 12 years old when she conceived Jesus , younger than this she got engaged to a 90 years old man.

2- Isacc was 40 years old when he married 3 year old (Rebaca)

There are no laws about against Pedophillia in the Bible. In Bibhlical Times a 3-4 year old ould be 12-14 years. A 12-14 year old in Biblical times would be 20-30. A 30-40 year old would be 60-90 years old. Since we died prior to 1857 at 30-40 years old. Modern medicine expanded our lifespan. And, industrial age was killing 12 year olds in the machines we created.
