your flaps are too low u start correcting it while about 500 feet above. You have too have flaps at maximum when 2000 feet above the runway. Your landing was too hard; put the nose a bit up before landing to land softer. Just after touchdown speedbrakes up. They mustn't be out of order, you aren't allowed to land then.
Vid was good quali, without hd :)
beginning was a bit boring, just show the end of the approach and then maybe the landing in other views like cockpit or towerview.
