Really? They blew up a photo of a class nerd? And everyone in the room is looking at the photo and not noticing the resemblance to Superman? The Superman universe must be a bit myopic.

I really liked how the director used their class album photo in the scene where Clark and Lana see each other after a long time. A very good scene, specially the way they look, a bit surprised and happy.
