phil is angry because he is shortstacked and a player oop with a large stack just flats his raise with what is a monster in this situation. she plays it horribly by just flatting, thats why phil cant put her on a queen because nearly all of them are moving him in before the flop. phil therefore can make the call thinking he is usually ahead and therefore understandably annoyed that he isnt.
